Crime Boss and Overlord Zorack is number 1 on our most wanted list.

Description:

Long, thin, hairless and legless, Zorack is believed to be a Garter Snake and not a rat. Why he prefers working with rats is a mystery but he is known to be the biggest crime boss in the area. This slithery character is rarely seen and usually gets the gang to carry out his dirty work. Many assume Zorack rules the gang with terror, as snakes are the natural predators of rats. However as his head is only approx. 1.5cm across and is incapable of eating a rat it is not known how this relationship works.

We do not have enough evidence to support an arrest in connection with any crimes, as he is always careful to let his minions carry out his plans. We do hope however, that with careful questioning we may be able to get Tenchi to be a witness.
