Description:

Tipex is an unusually small albino who is so blind that she has to constantly stand and weave her head from side to side to make out what is going on right infront of her nose. Her colouring also makes it very difficult for agents to take surveillance photographs of her without the image 'whiting out'.

When she joined the cartel, she was taken under the wing of Spike, ex-cartel member, who gave her basic training. However, she was such a natural at guerilla warfare, (or should that be 'ratilla' warfare?) it was obvious that she would become leader of the cartel after the departure of Rollie. She currently leads the cartel on chewing raids, and seems particularly fond of putting as many holes as possible in the brand new duvets located within the 19th precinct. Many a time she has been observed sneaking off under the pillows following a successful bout of vandalism. When questioned about such incidents, Tipex has claimed the holes she has chewed were actually her expressions of Modern Art. We are not convinced.
