Welcome to the Rat Files! The FBR is split into three Precincts; the 17th Precinct which is the headquarters of the FBR, the 19th Precinct which was set up to combat the escalating amounts of rat crimes, and our International Precinct which handles criminal information sent to us by concerned members of the public. In the next three sections we will explore the behaviour of some of the most criminal rats around.
