DESCRIPTION:

Dexter, a black and white Berkshire, was mentor and friend of Little Toot. A mysterious character who was outright vicious to Agents, Dexter bore a very maternal relationship with Little Toot and taught her how to nip toes through socks. She and her sister Le Stat founded the gang, which would go on to do so well as a result of their earlier teachings. She provided the first members with tight security, and would readily bite approaching Agents without a second thought.

Her sisters' intentions when founding the gang were unclear, however Dexter was a guiding force as to the gang's current agenda. The Bureau was founded at about the same time as the gang and as a result, the Agents did not know how to deal with Dexter to dissuade her from her life of crime.

As she is no longer with the gang, the bureau considers this file closed.

Dexter will always be missed as she was the sole reason the FBR was created.
