DESCRIPTION:

Dax was a black and white hooded, and was sister of the notorious Snuff and Pi-rat. However, she felt that her sisters attempt at ruling their gang was rather amusing, and so branched off to form her own cartel in another location to show her sisters "how it is done". As a result of this new threat, a second FBR precinct was set up to observe her criminal activity.

At first, she was all alone, but soon succeeded in recruiting a very young Rollie whom she felt would make an excellent 'hench rat'. From these grass root beginnings she founded the notorious cartel that we know today. Despite this fact, she still kept in touch with her sisters and their syndicate, and it was not unknown for the 2 groups to get together to cause utter mayhem wherever they set paw. Dax has recently been reunited with her sisters at the Rainbow Bridge Facility, and has left Rollie to oversee things in the meantime.

PREVIOUS CONVICTIONS:

Dax was rather fond of beer and was caught intoxicated several times. In a drunken statement she claimed that beer made her "Look more macho, hicsqueak!" She was also careful to cover her tracks and was seldom caught doing anything unlawful.

As she is no longer with the cartel, the bureau considers this file closed.

The 19th precinct in particular will always miss this intelligent and beautiful lady.
