NAME: Tolkien

LOCATION: France
CRIME: Theft of an agents breakfast
COMMENTS: This angelic looking rat has actually been caught stealing food from a French agent. Now incarcerated at the Rainbow Bridge this rat, as well as being a master thief, also played a major role in one of France's most notorious vandalism gangs, destroying a teddy bear, curtains and a velvet coat single handedly.

AGENT RESPONSIBLE: Marion
LOCATION: France
CRIME: Evading Bureau Agents by hiding in a tree
COMMENTS: Notice that guilty look on his face, this prize winning criminal won't get away next time.

NAME: Cyan
AGENT RESPONSIBLE: Gaelle
LOCATION: France
CRIME: Known bread thief
COMMENTS: Gaelle and her colleagues over in France have come up with this ingenious method of restraining criminal rats (see Cyan's tail!). Thanks to this new 'tail cuff', she was able to catch Cyan red-handed/pawed while she tried to steal a slice of bread. Gaelle tells us that Cyan runs a family gang along with her 2 husbands(!) and 2 litters of babies, who like to spend their time hiding out and generally causing mayhem. (They're not from Sicily by any chance are they?)
